Take 1 capsule with each meal.

175 mg Pancreatin 4X (Equivalent to 700 mg), 100 mg Ox Bile Extract, 50 mg Papain (from papaya), 45 mg Peppermint, 40 mg Ginger, 450 mg Papaya, 40 mg Pepsin, 25 mg Betaine HCI, 20 mg Bromelain (from pineapple stem), 5 mg Aloe Vera Gel 200X (Equivalent to 1,000 mg).
